The MoreVRP for R&D and QA Solution is targeted at software application and database query developers who leverage MoreVRP to monitor query development and revision.  The developers employ the MoreVRP Real-Time Monitor Dashboards, History Logs, Performance Graphs & KPI Views and the Variance Graphs to track and analyze how their revisions impact query performance, whether stand-alone or in a production context.    The optional Tuning Task Manager facilitates the tracking of specific queries that proved to be problematic when run in production; developers receive an alert and details about the problematic queries to ensure that developers review and tune the queries prior to their further activation.

QA teams can leverage MoreVRP Variance Graphs for sanity checks and Regression Testing.  With Variance Graphs the QA engineers compare and identify changes in specific parameters of any given query that has been generated in different conditions. The Variance Graph rapidly pinpoints discrepancies in query behavior, doing root cause analysis to reveal any unplanned modifications in the queries that caused the unexpected behavior changes. In parallel, MoreVRP displays the impact of QA Stress Testing when revised queries are run in heavy load conditions to discover how query runtime, performance or other relevant parameters are affected.
