Job Requirements :

• Experienced Web/J2EE/.NET administrator and/or developer
• Experience with Database systems (Oracle/DB2/MS SQL) - preferred
• Experience supporting enterprise customers on troubleshooting, testing, custom development and support issues
• Track customer issues, root cause analysis for problem, tuning and troubleshooting
• First line support for emergency customer support issues
